Due to the Federal CARES act no longer in affect, we can no longer offer our free COVID testing through insurance, please call us if you have any questions.

We do not guarantee any test will meet a travel restriction requirement. We can not keep up with the restrictions which are ever-changing. If you know the names of tests that are accepted for your travel destination you can call the pharmacy and we can try and help you decipher if a specific test will meet requirement.

We are NOT a Hawaiian Trusted Travel Partner at this time, but hope to be in the future.

We do not do insurance billing at this time but we are happy to provide you with the documentation needed for reimbursement, this includes provider ID, tax ID, ICD 10 code, and diagnosis code.
